[From December 20th to 25th, we will only be serving the Christmas course.Please note.】Enjoy a luxurious meal in a completely private room at Tomoshibi, featuring innovative seasonal kaiseki cuisine including truffle rice. The meal will take approximately two hours to be served.All-you-can-drink drinks are available for an additional 3,000 yen.Please note that all-you-can-drink is not included in the course price.

Full course of 8 dishes

1. Tamatebako (appetizer box)

For example, 6 different dishes are offered daily, such as dried mullet roe and radish, marinated fruit tomatoes, muscat grapes with white dressing, horse meat tartare, herring roe and cream cheese with white dressing, chicken ham herb roll, persimmon and walnut caprese, seasonal terrine, shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine, Japanese plum crystal and celery dish, pufferfish skin with ponzu sauce, etc.

2. Large seafood platter

For example: Straw-grilled Spanish mackerel and bonito with pickled myoga ginger, Pacific saury and star anise with ginger oil and lemon zest, water octopus with sudachi citrus and rock salt, aged white fish with kelp powder, tuna tricolor rolls and sea urchin temari sushi... etc. A sashimi platter using seasonal ingredients.

3. Bowl dishes

Examples: Soups made with seasonal ingredients such as scallop meatballs, sauteed Anko fish, and sauteed surf clams.

4. Fried foods

Example: Deep-fried foods made with seasonal ingredients such as scallop kadaif and conger eel fritters.

5. Fish dishes

Examples: Fish dishes using seasonal ingredients such as grilled tilefish with scales, pan-fried eye, and meunière of milt.

6. Meat dishes

Examples: Hokkaido Wagyu beef roti, quail confit, and other meat dishes that change with the seasons

7. Black truffle clay pot rice

A specialty dish made with a generous amount of black truffles.Enjoy it as is, then pour broth over it and enjoy it like hitsumabushi.

8. Dessert

Examples: Mont Blanc with roasted green tea and Japanese chestnuts, semifreddo with black sesame and walnuts, and other desserts that change with the seasons.
