Full course of 8 dishes

1. Tamatebako (appetizer box)

Six different dishes are available daily, including dried mullet roe and radish, marinated fruit tomatoes, herring roe and cream cheese with white dressing, chicken ham herb roll, squid and mentaiko, seasonal terrine, shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine, Japanese plum crystal and wakame sashimi, and pufferfish skin with ponzu sauce.

2. Large seafood platter

Straw-grilled bonito with pickled myoga ginger, Pacific saury with sashimi-grated daikon, aged red sea bream with kelp powder, aged yellowtail with kabosu and rock salt, three-color tuna roll

3. Bowl dishes

Clear soup with clams and silken ice tofu

4. Fried foods

Fried conger eel with Japanese pear

5. Fish dishes

Grilled tilefish with scales, tomato and burnt butter sauce

6. Meat dishes

Quail confit

7. Black truffle clay pot rice

Hitsumabushi style dish made with first-grade dashi stock
